Our solution was to distil the message into bite-sized pieces. We split the original 30+ page document into two smaller booklets. Rewrote the copy and updated the 'look' to connect to a family target market. We created one smaller 'teaser' booklet for new leads and another 'workbook' booklet to walk the client through the details.
